In the last year, have you completed a project for a client you met at the West Metro Home Remodeling Fair?
Yes, we recently completed design and are about to begin a major addition to add a beautiful master suite over the garage of a West Metro home. When completed, the function of this home will be vastly improved for this family of four.
What is the strangest/most unique client request you have received?
Someone asked us to design in an industrial pizza oven as part of their kitchen remodel.
What are some home trends you are seeing/predicting for 2023?
- People are continuing to work from home, and value dedicated at-home work spaces.
- People are seeing the value of updating surfaces and “the look” even if they’re not going to do a larger remodel.
- People continue to focus on projects that bring real value to core living functions and opt to phase or delay less important projects.
- Especially for homeowners who want less care, condo-living continues to grow. Many condo developments are at an age that they need partial or substantial remodeling.
