For example, their Needs, Wants and Wishes Worksheet allows the client to think sophisticatedly about what is necessary and what is desired in their remodel. For the past 40 years, New Spaces has done a wide range of design aesthetics and ideas, giving the client assurance we have the experience and credibility to execute their vision.
Advice for Homeowners
Always be comfortable with the investment of a project. During our design process, we provide three different designs with different financial scopes. This gives folks an opportunity to visually see different investment options for their home so they can decide what is best for them. Focus on remodeling insightfully. Undoing and redoing any elements of the remodel later in the future commonly happens when design isn’t wholistically crafted nor focused.
